In reality, our individual flaws are often the most beautiful thing about us. They define us as individuals and tell our stories. Our flaws should be embraced, not despised. It is only when you can truly love yourself and accept your flaws that you can be the most successful with making life changes. You should work out because you love your body, not because you hate it. You should eat healthy foods because you want your body to thrive and heal, not because you hate how it looks and feels. My mission is to pick up the individuals who have fallen. To give support and guidance to those who wish to change their lives. There is always the opportunity for a positive outcome, and it always begins with a positive mindset.
