About Tyler Brey Personal Training

I offer one on one training and partners training. Over the years I have worked with clients of all fitness levels and many different goals ranging from the regular person who just wants to look and feel better to the elite level athlete who is trying to perform better. I specialize in sport performance (my background is in combat sports, powerlifting, and bodybuilding) but I welcome clients who’s goals are not sport related as well.
